Individual basketball training at Panko Performance features 60-minute private sessions tailored to the individual athlete. Sessions are available with flexible dates and times to fit your schedule.

Individual Training Includes…

  • Basketball Fundamentals: Shooting, Ball handling, Offensive/Defensive Techniques, Rebounding, and Transition
  • Strength and Conditioning: Agility, Balance, Endurance, Jump, Power, and Speed Training
  • Nutrition: Foods for optimum performance, supplement guidance

For new participants, please fill out all forms before you will be able to join us for training at Panko Performance. If you are a minor, your parents or legal guardian must fill out all forms. Returning participants, please make sure all your information on the forms is up to date. Please turn in your forms at Panko Performance before your session.
